•Through round-table style discussions, hands-on poetry writing exercises, as well as group and individual work, we will explore what it means to know and accept the self, whole-heartedly, in order to follow the path of our highest calling. If you enjoy the works of: BrenĂ© Brown, Anne Lamott, Natalie Goldberg, Elizabeth Gilbert, or Rebecca Campbell, this is the workshop for you!

Cristina M. R. Norcross is the editor of the online poetry journal, Blue Heron Review (www.blueheronreview.com). She is the author of 7 poetry collections, including Still Life Stories (Aldrich Press, forthcoming) and Amnesia and Awakenings (Local Gems Press, forthcoming). Her works appear online and in journals such as The Poetry Storehouse, Red Cedar, Lime Hawk, The Avocet, and Verse-Virtual, among others. She was a semi-finalist in the 2015 Concrete Wolf Chapbook Competition and a finalist in the 2015 Five Oaks Press Chapbook Contest.
